Successful day

Today is a successful day. Finally, our rosette, with eight bathometers attached, works well. Now we can use about 300 bottles that we have to collect water samples for nutrients from every second station from almost all sections. The chemical scientists will have a lot of work to do as well. We will finish the 'K' section soon. Then we go to the south of Spitsbergen, where the next section is located, watching the next part of 'the Pirates of the Caribbean' in a free time. Other groups continue their measurements as well (zooplankton samples collection and ocean - atmosheric interactions research).
