Waiting for the better weather

So, we waited and waited and waited... However, not so much happened these days - sea state was still above 7 degrees in the Beaufort's scale, what means wind speed over 30 knots and high waves. Even the sailing veterans were forced by 50 degrees rolls to capitulation and some of us even to pay a tribute to Neptune... .
In addition to that, we definitely lost internet access, what made impossible regular news uploading to that blog.
Finally, Captain decided to shelter behind the Bear Island, which is located in the half way between the Scandinavian Peninsula and the South Cape of Spitsbergen of the Svalbard Archipelago.
And suddenly, after couple of hours on the anchor, near the ''Island of the Mists and Winds'', we saw how many people are living on that ship... Corridors and mess rooms started to be crowded, ghost left thei cabins and started to come back to life. Also appetites returned and cook got even more work. The cultural life begun to prosper as well. There was possible to watch some movies in our ''Disputable Dhipborne Film Club'' and play some cards. We were spending a nice time untill...chief scientist announced that we should eat with some reserve cause tomorrow we start moving even if the forecasts are still not favorable. So, we did it.
