Today we started with two very interesting lectures about underwater meadows and Meiobenthos. Then some of us were at the hotel working with the projects while some of us have been out taking sediment samples. It was fun and we learned a lot.

This is a microscope. We use it to look at microscopic things
For lunch we had Swedish table, it’s what we Vikings in Sweden call a buffé. It was filled with traditional Lithuanian food, with other words a great variety of dishes, all containing potatoes.

A happy Lithuanian guy eating his favourite food!
After dinner we had International Evening where every participating country made a performance/presentation about their traditions. The Vikings from Sweden performed a luciatåg, Euphoria and små grodorna. We were the best and won, The winner takes it all as Abba would have said it.

The Danish people thought that they could be rappers
Now we are sitting here all sweaty, from dancing , in the conference room while the others are downstairs shaking their behinds.
Nighty night says the Swedish Vikings, länge leve Midgård!
